In cases of disputes or misunderstandings between Traduk and the Customer, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the quote request shall be applicable if no other contract was signed.

Definitions:

Client – an individual or legal entity making a request for a price estimate or services.

Content – all information accessible, viewable, or retrievable through electronic means on https://traduk.eu.

Quote – The document sent by Traduk to the client, providing information on the final price for the requested service.

Final Invoice – The financial document issued to the client after mutual agreement on the proposed price, serving as the basis for payment.

Source Language – the language from which translation is intended.

Target Language – the language into which translation is intended.

Agreements:

In the event of a specific Contract executed between Traduk and any customer, the terms and conditions outlined in said Contract shall supersede and take precedence over any terms and conditions published on the website. The terms of the individual Contract shall serve as the primary and governing legal basis for all matters pertaining to our collaboration, and any conflicting provisions in the website terms and conditions shall be rendered secondary and non-binding.

In the absence of an individual contract between Traduk and the customer, the customer shall be obligated to complete and submit a Purchase Order to Traduk for any requested services priorly approved by Traduk. The Purchase Order can be either made by Traduk using the details from a quote already accepted by the customer or using the information stipulated in the individual contract or can also be made by the Customer using the quote accepted by both parties, signed by the Customer and sent to Traduk. This Purchase Order shall constitute a legally binding document and include the following details:

Date of issuance.
Legal information of both parties involved.
Detailed description of the services required.
Agreed-upon total price for the services.
Bank details specifying where the customer is required to make payment upon completion of the order.

Upon the signing of the Purchase Order by the Customer and receipt of the Purchase Order by Traduk, the order is considered officially placed. Traduk shall proceed to finalize the order and expects the customer to make payment according to the terms outlined in the Purchase Order unless otherwise specified in writing. This Purchase Order Agreement shall govern the terms of service and payment obligations between Traduk and the customer.

By filling in the contact form, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the communication methods employed by Traduk for conducting its commercial operations. The contract is considered finalized between Traduk and the Customer upon the Customer's receipt of the completed order notification sent by Traduk via email.

Outsourcing:

Traduk has the option to engage a third party (such as collaborators or freelancers) for services related to fulfilling the order. In cases where specific contractual terms necessitate it, Traduk will inform the customer, although their explicit consent is not necessary. Traduk remains fully responsible to the customer for all contractual commitments.

Quality Assurance

Traduk is committed to delivering high-quality translations by working with certified translators, native speakers, or specialists in relevant fields. We implement additional steps in the translation process to identify and rectify errors early on. Quality assurance tools may also be employed to enhance accuracy. Through these measures, Traduk aims to consistently provide clients with translation services of the highest standard.

Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

News organizations;
Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

Traduk is not responsible for any damages, whether to the Customer or a third party, arising from Traduk's fulfillment of obligations under the filling of the contact form, individual Contract or from the use of Services after delivery.

Deadline:

The deadline shall be agreed upon by both parties for each project.

Complaints:

The customer has a window of 3 business days from the receipt of translated documents by Traduk to file complaints concerning non-compliance. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered, and Traduk will be exempt from any liability. In the event that translation errors are identified by the customer, Traduk is obligated to rectify such mistakes at no additional cost within 2 business days.

Reservation of Rights:

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website:

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
